Stéphane trained as an engineer (Master of Science degree) and worked for a major industrial conglomerate before joining a world-leading US audit firm to conduct financial, operational and compliance reviews of companies in the Bank & Finance and the Industrial sectors. He later spent 15 years in the Banking industry, occupying various positions in Trade Finance, Equity Analysis and Active Advisory. He notably worked for 9 years in Singapore within the Wealth Management arm of a major European bank. He then joined the team of Bastillon Corporate Finance at the very early stage of its development in Geneva. He is involved in the sourcing, negotiation and execution of M&A and fundraising mandates, and provides consulting services in business development and company valuation. He is a CFA charterholder, a CAIA charterholder and received the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification delivered by the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
